      I am trying to make it part of the image and start scripts automatically but I i got no clue how to make it work, I try your steps but still image read 37 gigs on one partition and the next partition 37 gigs even thou i have a 500 gig HD...

      astrouga I like your tutorial on extending the disk as I have big problems with different sizes of HD... I am having problem implementing your scripts but untill now no success.
